This mental block you speak of does not exist.
Practicing is what makes you able to lift something, not freeing your mind from its own inhibitions.
You have to train your body to bench press that much stuff exactly like you have to train your mind to move the psi wheel. That is why people usually progress like they do, paper, toothpick, pencil, soda can, etc... and why people have a hard time progressing in general. By what you are saying once someone gets passed the "mental block" by moving their psi wheel for the first time then they can all of a sudden throw stuff around like poltergeist children.
I have never seen a kid throw something around or poltergeist so I can not verify whether this has ever actually occured. I have heard stories though of 100 pound women lifting cars off of their trapped loved ones. Spontaneous feats of strength perhaps happen among both physical capabilities and mental.
Do you really think everyone who can do psychokinesis simply knows something that people who can not do psychokinesis do not know?

sure mental blocks exist.. your putting one on yourself right now by saying it takes a ton of work.. dont get me wrong.. it does take work, but how quick you progress depends on you..
the most common mental block would be, "this isnt real" which is why most people cant do it without a lot work.. only when they go at it with an open mind can they really do.. anything really
actually.. the muscle analogy is a block too in a way.. hm..

you phlatline, are confussing the mind with the body. the mental block isnt just one "thing", its a gradual process, they have to build confidence in themselfves to moveon to heavier stuff.
youve never seen the poltergiest thing happen, but youve also never seen someone move a psiwheel infront of you.
what about people spoonbenders that cant move the psiwheel? the mind isnt trained to get stronger, it is trained to get over mental blocks

I never said mental blocks do not exist. I simply said the mental block he was describing does not. you phlatline, are confussing the mind with the body. the mental block isnt just one "thing", its a gradual process, they have to build confidence in themselfves to moveon to heavier stuff. So are you suggesting that the mind is infinitely powerful and it is only a matter of degree of confidence that determines what people can do? but youve also never seen someone move a psiwheel infront of you. Yes I have. Have you ever moved something other than a psiwheel?(I am doubtful even if you say you have because of the way you think about telekinesis.) what about people spoonbenders that cant move the psiwheel? Beats me. the mind isnt trained to get stronger, it is trained to get over mental blocks So all that school business we all have to go through is worthless when we could just build our brain confidence instead?

yes, i have moved stuff other than the psiwheel
and the mental block training im talking about is psi stuff your school example is all warped.
and what about the way i think of TK?
you know what? ill be the mature one and just end this particular conversation right here. cause i see where its going, you believe that your right and im wrong and i believe that im right and your wrong. the spoonbending thing just backs up what i said.
so, im still open to all other stuff, im jst going to act immature and not really listen to that guy.

logically, you can do this(remove the mental block)with hypnosis. So if i am right than you don't need to know pk.But i don"t know how to hypnotize so i don't think this helps much.

It would work...Mr. X already explained it to me when I asked him about it. He said it's better to build one's abilitys then to rely on someone elses ;].
