lol yes sense its SO EASY to kill some one with energy....

first off the reason why your chakras began tingling is because they became over active from to much energy. When drawing in energy for recharging always use positive forms. the sun is more of a neutral form unless you tap into certain parts of it. Light headed symptoms from energy is normaly due to a over active mind chakra ide say.
when this ever begins to happen to you guys you should ground out the energy right away as not to sustain permanent damage to your systems.

there is only so much energy your system can take... to begin expanding that capacity you need to either mod the systems (very hard btw) or use energy often but in small amounts like doing reps in weight training. this allows the systems energy capacity to expand and you will develop a good natural strength from it ^_^
