I speak lazy english with people it doesn't matter, but i believe i can speak it almost (and i shouldn't say almost) flawlessly  only lacking all the vocabulary. |

Well what's the purpose it would serve? If it hits someone they feel love? then you program it for that. I guess...

Well I am not sure what you are saying. But well it's not best controlling someone. But you can make that person feel emotions of love or like. First make a psi-ball. Try making it a good solid one. If not it's alright. Then program it. What I do is talk to it. Say something like: absorb this emotion, anything you want. Try making it as specific and clear as possible. Then just start to create that emotion. When you have think it is enough or when you had enough program it to absorb energy from the planet, sun , moon other people, etc when it runs out of energy. Oh this can be optional but after you made a psi-ball you can create a shield around it then program it. OK when you are done say the person's name (just tell it to send the emotions to them) you want to send to and you can imagine the person in your mind then send it off. Release your psi-ball and imagine it shoots far away. Move your arm physically while imagining it, don't just imagining it.. I don't know if this would work since I haven't tried it and I created this. I didn't get it from a site. Although other sites, the people create techniques too so I think it would work perfectly if one is good enough. Hope that helps. ;D
