People stress over this all the time the one tool your need in psionics is your imagination/visualization.Making a psi ball is easy it takes only a few steps lets go threw them.
1.form your hands as if you were holding a ball in front of you at the height of your chest.
2.since you are in front of your computer visualize static like electricty energy coming into your ball or flowing from your chest out your hands into the ball.Another way is visualizing white energy flowig from above into your head down threw your arms and out your palms.
3.recognize its there you will feel warmth,coolness,or pricky like feeling in your fingers or hands.
FLARING:
1.add more energy to your psi ball than you usually do you dont need to spend 5 minutes on it just add a couple of doses more energy.
2.hold your ball in front of a white wall in look at your ball it wont look like a big glowing whatever color ball you will most likely see waves or lets say blue smokey look in your ball thats all is really needed to see your psi ball.Also works in dark rooms.
