actually, you can do the base technique of a lot of naruto jutsus. rasengan is a psi ball that spins, the shadow clones are just humanoid constructs (which include some rv programming), chidori is an electroball, opening the gates is well... opening the gates etc. the only difference is the level of power and the flaring.

It's useful. Nice for finding stuff like glasses. And little red corrector pens. Haha, my math teacher did that last year when I was his teacher's aide. Neither of us really said anything about it, too nervous the other would look at them funny if they were wrong.
Rasengan? Oh god. I was at an anime convention a couple years back and overheard someone say they got bitten by a Naruto cosplayer. Yes, bitten. As in teeth clamping down on congoer. But then again I've seen a -lot- weirder at cons.
