This is a really good article. I find it hard though to make sure that i am not imagining things. I am trying to master making it bigger than a tennis ball, and this article help.

At first when making a psiball you may be only imagining the energy gathering there but as you repeat it eventually your idea will become strong enough for the energy to follow. For some this happens on the first try, and for some it takes weeks to months.

I've been trying to form a psiball for about 2 weeks. I'm not sure of the progress yet, but this article has helped me alot. This is the first time I've tried to do any psi-work at all, its a little confusing to start, but I think I'm catching on. Many thanks to all~

This is an excellent article, by far, the best one I've seen. Well explained and done in a simple and forthright manner.

ok i have tried the sensing of psi energy and i felt the warmth but on what seemed to be the inside of my hand (beneath the skin) i also felt a slight push on my middle finger. is this the energy or just my mind getting over excited?

It's probably the sensation of feeling the energy inside your fingers and felt it pulsing or pushing. And even if it is just your mind most of the time it doesn't matter. Just keep on repeating it and eventually you'll have it locked in your brain, so that whenever you repeat those actions, the energy will follow also.

I really liked this article. It cleared things up and even though i've made psi balls before, this has given me new ideas to work with. It's kewl to share psi possibilities so newbies can see where they're working towards or just how to start up.
