i was just making a psi ball like normal, and i saw this kind of smokey, wavey, red type stuff swirling around in between my hands. was that my psi or was i just seein stuff?

Nope, you were not just seeing stuff. Most people if they actually look in front of a white wall and move in closer they will see the energy too. But it may have been your aura, but that is still energy also. Try changing up the colors to see if it is your aura or other energy(psi).
