Hands are to limiting

Hmm. True, hands are too limiting. A psionic should be able to gather and use psi anywhere. It's just easier to use your hands because hands are normally used to create things and also people usually use their hands since there is glowing dark energy balls or something floating on top of someones palm which they then throw and it consumes their enemy. Also, cupping your hands makes it much easier to visualise a barrier for the psi then visualising one in thin air. I use my hands for the focus of most of my psi ventures but I'm trying to get rid of that barrier.

Mhm. It is also a good test on your level of Psionics like I said before.

It means you can feel Psi on a part of your body where it would be harder to feel it.

well, I can not only gather through hands and feet, but I can also pull it in from all around kind of like an energy magnet. I just have to specify where the focus point will be otherwise it will just go all around/inside my body...

I usually use my hands not to gather the psi but as a focal point for the psi.
In day time I usually gather energy from myself and in the night I gather it from the darkness/emptyness, if you know what I mean.

I usually generate my own energy, but generation always needs a source which is a whole different infinte plane of space connected to I.

A good test is to run psi and focus it at one point of your body and feel it, if you can only feel it in your hands it means you probbaly need a little bit more practice feeling Psi.

I use my hands if I want to make a strong one fast. Otherwise I just pour it out of everywhere and guide it into the form I want it to be.

Make it rain mini psi balls on your friends if you want.

hands are easier, I don't know why.
lately I've been practicing charging my feet with psi, and it doesn't help that I'm ticklish there but I've been progressing with it anyway.

It is easier with your hands because you use your hands for almost everything. Your hands also have many nerves and mobility so it is usually easier to concentrate it there.
