Ok I broke down in patience and ask Sean, owner of PsiPog, when his new site A Little Weird would be up and running (meaning having a forum and stuff) Here's what he said:
It'll be some time still. The first feature up will be the blog, then probably the forums. If you or anyone else wants to stay up to date, then I suggest joining the mailing list at the bottom of the site. When the status of the site changes, I'll be sending out notices on that list. I predict this will take another month or two, I imagine.
