I agree! But it would be good for you to learn something for body physicaly fit. I sugest to look for Surya namaskar, it's short yoga based exercise that fills you with energy, and you feel relaxed after it. You dont need to be yoga master or capable to do who knows what with your body. Just do it slow, keep atention to breathing and you will be in better shape. Just don't do it before sleep (unless you dont wont to go sleep). It's just a suggestion, it helps me

Well, the stronger your body, as in health. Fit, in shape, as in Thin or Muscular. Helps alot, specially because healthier bodies produce more, or better of certains drugs your body naturally haves. These drugs also help stimulate the mind, helping focus. It also has other abilities I wont discuss here because if untrained it is dangerous.
