psychokinesis is a base term meaning all types of psionic abilities
macrokinesis is a sub group made to make a difference from Microkinesis, back when fluff terms were dominant.. psychokinesis was supposed to replace macrokinesis no one really bothered to get rid of the macro/micro thing though.. so people still use it
so in short
Psychokinesis = Telekinesis = Macrokinesis = movement of matter Microkinesis = tip the odds of chance

actually psychokinesis is the ability to affect matter with the mind
aura sight, rving, and other perseption abilities are not psychokinesis
