How I move the psi wheel

doesn't necessarily mean your third eye does it... besides, I know what he's talking about (I've felt it too), and I think it's too far back to be your third eye. Kinda like half an inch below the skin on the back of your head or so.

ive been reading articles on the psiwheel and the trick is to have will power. as in you belive the wheel is going to spin or stop when you want it to, and what direction you want it to spin.
and you should not force it. just simply let it move. dont strain yourself. stay calm.......

i sometimes picture[visualize] transparent arrows pointing the direction i want the wheel to move and i picture[visualize] a force pushing that direction.............

i say im almost done with the psiwheel and im about ready to move on to something new.

if I can spin the psiwheel continuously in one direction for 20 minutes (I counted the spins... 350 spins before I stopped out of boredom ^^;, am I ready to move on to something else?

I found that asking it or telling it what to do helps alot. Like saying "I will you too move clockwise" works. For me anyways.

yes...for me I sorta do that, but I don't will it..more like suggesting it ...in an indirect way.

yes, but the psi wheel is easier in a mental sense.

Telekinesis takes allot of practice, and allot of concentration, well 100% concentration, if you lose that concentration for a second or two, then its you have to start again.

Patience, how long have you been practicing Tk? Becuase you simply cant be an expert in two weeks. Or maybe this method is not for you and you need a different method.
Also that was like a 2 month bump.
