stat off with moving the psiwheel first, your brain sees it as lighter than a pencil so should move iot easyer

Yes, Start with a psiwheel, Psi is like a muscle. You dont start benchpress @ 300lb's you do something small and work up  |

I am pretty good at the psi wheel I can spin an 8" by 8" psiwheel, what should I move onto next?

it dosnt matter the size of the wheel, but how much control you have over it, you should be able to spin it really fast, mabey till it looks like its not moving, then make it stop and go the other way, then you can move onto other things

i have read somewhere bigger wheels=the less harder it is.i would want to move a pencil too but i just started this again 3 days ago!!lol it takes time especially for me.i move my wheel with my mind not my hands.

but somtimes if you put your hands near the wheel night might help dicerting your energy

My thoughts exactly. I think it's better to move onto something else, and that will improve your skills with easier objects (psiwheel)

^^replies^^Well still have to make sure you are in good control of the wheel.but dont make it to pencils right after wheels I am going to try pop bottle tops.
