what can i do with spirits when i project :? if i see them?
There are many spirits out there. Some good, some bad. Some can heal you, train you, help you. We each have a spirit guide who watches over us and helps us when the time is right. You may or may not ever see this guide, but you'are probably have felt him or her

no, but I can heat up a fire and make the flames bigger.

umm about 10 minutes....I sorta was playing around with the fire when I did it

well like when you make a psi ball are you able to go through it? Or is it supposed to be solid?
no, psi is not solid, but in theory you could make one so big that you could walk through it and feel it.

o, ok, because i could feel heat and stuff, but somewhere i read that its kinda magnetic
yes many describe it that way. If you feel that your hands are pushing or pulling against each other that's a sign of psi.

i heard that, when you project to the astral you have to raise your 'vibrations'. What are these 'vibrations' ? And do i need to lower them to visit the lower planes? and vice versa for the higher planes?

Well yes, but I don't usually. I have gotten my cat to sleep or come to me if I want him to, but it's hard. No animal or person likes to be controlled. The more advance the brain is, the harder it is to controlled them.
