I live in the Netherlands, in Oosterhout, and my first name is Nash
That should do it, right? ^^
And I read you're a chronokinetic... Could you tell me some things about your experiences and maybe give me some advice about how to do it? ^^

Well here is a chronokinesis training I developed it is easyer (at least for me) than the way with the clock. Close your eyes and visualize a clock looking perfectly normal keeping good time then ,if you want to go faster, picture the second hand moving faster and faster and faster still untill all 3 hands become a blur then infuze that picture with psi and time will seem like it is going faster than normall. Also I am sick today so I can't calm my breathing to preform the scaning.
