Hey all! I'm 19 year old Swede (so please be patient with my English grammar ) at the time of writing this. I'm studying robotics and like computer-programming. (Nerd Alert! ) Learned to move psi-wheels from psipog's articles and landed here with the hope of learning more psi related stuff and maybe even make friends with like-minded people. btw: Quite nice community as what I've seen this far! I will be seeing ya in the threads. Bye for now!

Welcome here. We are quite a few of non-British Europeans here. So don't worry too much about your possible grammar mistakes! I've just corrected a mistake I had done yesterday... Hope you'll learn a lot. RFS

hi ^^ I'm programming a little myself (computers, not constructs ) and I found it comes in handy when programming constructs due to the fact that you're used to something that does exactly what you say, nothing more and nothing less ^^

Thanks for the warm welcome! ;D shiryuu: Hey! That was interesting. I’ve never tried to program constructs before, but I will give it a try for sure. To the constructs thread!

programming is necessary if you plan to construct, and even more if you plan to learn shielding (which you should, it's pretty much your best defense from overloads and attacks)

Why should anyone attack me? I haven't done anything... yet! ;D But you're probably right. It's just that it's so annoying when I can’t see with my own eyes if it's working or not, but I guess that I’ll get more sensitive to psi, so I can feel shields etc, after some practice. It sounds that you know quite a bit about this kind of stuff. Is it a lot of work to maintain a shield going and does it drain much energy?

In my experience, it doesnt, you just make one, tell it to stay where it is and what it has to shield you from, and add some energy every other day or so to keep it going. Takes about as much energy as a fairly strong psiball.
And feeling others' constructs is always harder than feeling your own
