i am a beginner at psi or energy manipulation I've only little experience with shielding and the psi ball exercise.i plan on getting stronger whether it be now or take a lifetime
i rather now. It is easy for me to summon energy but constructing and programming is a new step . Every time i make a psi ball it feels like many miniature firecrackers exploding inside or on top of my palms. tingle sensations all over the body take effect then i drop in a trance state not only causing the energy to expand but i believe the energy stabilizes. Now that others in my house feel me externalizing energy around me for shielding i figure why not learn other abilities.
