gathering energy without meditation

So far I can gather to a minimal extent energy to places that I truely want.

It's fairly hard for me though, I'm new to the whole psi concept and well im getting advanced in the little I know.

I almost never meditate and I can very quickly draw energy in massive amount and move psi very quickly.

I can gather psi in any way I want, but it is far more pure and powerful when i gather in meditation

well it's so pure becuse of all the "filters" that it has to go through so to speak.

Well, you have the point. But, could it be possible to make a filter, so you could gather energy with a filter? Something to purify it and collect it in one place so you could use it almost instantly?

I can actually do that too, I've only meditated once, and found it is much more efficient to gather energy with medtitation and much faster and stronger.

i can gather a good bit of enegy in my hands(or so it seems)i can feel it as soon as i try,but i cant seem to ever use it,the only time i ever succefully creted a psi ball it only felt about 5,10 mabye degress warmer that the room tempeture ive also tried making pets but cant seem to do anything else but make warm psi balls,anybody know how i can improve,by making pets or programming psi balls?Im new at this so i have no idea what to do

it is common for people to believe meditating is the simplest way to gather energy,but its not i NEVER meditate for that reason.
