Meditation what does it do far as kenisis work?how does it effect your ability to control it.

Meditation helps you relax, which is VERY important because the mistake everyone makes is thinking they must force the wheel to move. It helps you learn to concetrate, another skill that is a must for tk. It helps you keep from getting excited, something I had problems with.

Like karen says it helps you relax. For example, in Martial Arts we do not use Muscle but energy. We had a demostration, one guy got pumped up and worked out for a bit while the other meditated. The guy who worked out was a very large man with huge mucles, the man who meditated was about in his 60's and fairly short and skinny. They punched a meter to test strength and the old man hit much stronger then the big guy. It shows meditation helps get you relaxed and the energy flowing, now all you need to do is control it. ~Jano

When youre stiff you cannot be fast and stabile enough. You can't use your body. The big guy used only his arm, while the old man used his whole body to make the most efficient move with the lowest energy input. It is the same thing with energy- you need to be flexible enough so you could use energy more efficient.

i use chakra meditation to raise my energy levels and so make tk easyer
