Cosmic/universal energy is all around. I think cosmic or universal can easily be used interchangle. I know you have to open your "third eye" to use it, but most likely your "crown charka" too.

I learned/got attuned to reiki and when you do reiki it uses cosmic/universal energy. To say the least it's probably very different from using psi/chi/ki (whatever you are going to call it).

I'm inclined to agree with Lady Takara. From what I understand, cosmic energy is just that-- Ambient energy in the universe, perfectly accessible by someone who understands what it is. I don't know if you need your thrid eye, or an open crown chakra, but I'm no expert on that particular topic.

Cosmic has a more of a....'divine' energy, while it's all around us, it is just different from the 'elemental' energy (fire, water, electro, etc.). I don't know if void energy is real, but I guess some people are more apt to sense it and use it, some probably without knowing what it is. It's hard to tell the differences between the different energies, since energy is just energy, but there is some small differences.

Makes me wonder what energy i had? I don't know if it's healing or psi?

There really isn't a 'healing' energy or a 'psi' energy in my opinion. You can be still using psi even if you are using different types of energy. I could be doing the same, but it could be viewed as magick, you know ?

cosmic energy are the power of the avatar the stuff of gods to some point given by the divine one a.k.a god or someone else to living things for lack of beater word and very rear to a human angels and demons have this cosmic powers but in most of the time they are locked into humans and are unlocked when they die but that is another story

I think cosmic energy is just the ambient energy that is always floating around. Not air energy because that is associated with an element. cosmic is just energy with no set definitions. pretty much everything that does not fit into other categories.
