hey just the other day i was staring ta myself in the mirror. lol . and my eyes went a bit unfocused and suddenly my face strated to um change. i grew stubble and became older, but wen i focused my eyes, it was gone. i was freaked out. then on thursday we were in religion, and i did the same the thing with my teacher. he grew old and his har went grey, then an image flashed, and i saw him in a wheelchair, looking old and alone.
what happened???
lol im very confused.

*shrugs* possibly you could of forseen yourself. I wouldn't get too worked over it. It could of been your imagition.

hmm, this is interesting. i have done this a few times in the morror and i saw myself change into my astral self. so perhaps you did the same, but what you said about letting your eyes relax is a good way for aruic vision. next time you do is ask to see a persific thing, maybe you have stumbled across something different, like higherself, astralsef, lowerself, or even there aura. good luck with it, just becarfull with your results if you start to see the same thing recurring, karen could be right that you are indeed have an over active imagination lol..

With the mirror, I'm pretty sure it was just your eyes playing tricks on you.
With the teacher... I'm not really sure what to say.

ok with me i would say this is a form of precognition or discernment i have had a lot of things like this happen but most of it is i see what see in the future so maybe....

Precognition is a type of clairvoyance...as is retrocognition....
Thats most likely what you expierenced...

well clair means to see and voyance meanse journey etc. so you relax, imagine a person eg your mum, then focus on things like what she looks like, her voice, things that you relate her with, then ask where she is, and technicallt you can see where she is.
i think tahts rite....
