All I did was pretty much make a blue, glowing "cross" sorta. I swirled it, then added a transparent white layer. I just typed out "Enter the Psiworld" in a cool font on top. Lol. Only took about 5 minutes.

I like the colors of black and blue, but I don't like the white band and I don't like the font. It's a bit um silly.
