I'm kinda curious. How many here can channel psi/energy through their body for physical boosts? I'm talking about an increase in speed, strength, endurance, etc.
Along this same general topic, how many are capable of 'imbuing' or otherwise channeling psi into an inanimate object to give it unique qualities? I personally prefer imbuing objects for energy storage, to pull from if I were to need a slight pick-me-up.
For more info on this, just ask and I'll give a more specific description on how or why.

can you explain the imbuing thing in more detail. I would love to learn how to do that. I think I might kind of do it already.

I like to charge periodically if I am getting tired. It is something I do on an almost daily basis. I can get 7 hours of sleep, and then charge while I'm on the way to school, then I'll be fine untill about 10 o'clock when I I'll either need to charge again, or just go to sleep.
It is also handy to have extra energy around. You can put constructs (with a good strip shield over it) where it can catch random emotions then just convert them into psi.

You need seven hours of sleep? Wow.
I can sleep for three hours, generate energy as I wake up, then while on the bus, be fine until 11pm-12am, go to sleep, wake up at 2-4am, repeat.
Channeling energy into the body is a great way to increase various things, and it allows you to pass your limits if you do it correctly.
Imbuing things is rather easy as well, once you get the hang of it. I have four pewter figures on my desk, and each one is a very powerful link to another person that I know. Makes it much easier to work with them when I am in a rush, or extremely sleepy. And just for laughs, I made my chair into an energy-generation thing. I sit down, I get about as much energy as if I were to go and sleep. Makes sleeping into a choice, I can either sit down, or go to sleep. XD

Only 24 hours? Try two weeks without sleep and then complain about being tired

yeah, though I don't like it becoming a habit. I value personal strength over mental. Also I'm too lazy to do such a thing.

Lol brilenus. Good idea actually. Never occured to me to store energy in my seat. Now i can stop taking those psi energy drinks. I store many things in different objects. In crystals I store backup shields, energy, etc, etc. I also give things like water slight healing properties. I also do many more things like that but I've gone with this sites idea healing.worldispnetwork.com/gpage.html44.html for storing long term things in solids like stone, and short term, flexible things in water, food, or whatever. Anyway there's virtually limitless things you can do by giving properties to objects.

Is it possible to imbue something and not even know it? Like maybe if you are a natural imbuer or something. I think I did this if you read my post in im new to psi.

I don't see how it would be any different than shielding without knowing it.
Sounds quite possible.

It is extremely easy and common to imbue objects of importance to you. Especially necklaces and other jewellery that is on you often so can soak up random bits of your energy.
