First of all, here are some explains.
This exercises are for clairvoyance
Clairvoyance is ability to percieve something without using your 5 sences, it is also called the 6th sence.
We are all connected subconciously, with our subconcious mind. Only problem is that most of us can not get in contact with our subconcious mind. The trick with this exercise is that our subconcious mind controlles psi. So, when we lie-energy moves in one direction; when telling the truth- energy moves in other direction.
Beggining exercise:
-You need a pendulum, colored paper and about an half an hour of your time.
-1.Take the pendulum take the string and let pendulum hang free. Make shure you force it to be still (I have problems with that beacose my hands won't stop shaking.)
2.Look at something (for example red colored), and make an Yes/No statement. Tell with your inner voice that that object is red colored. Make shure you dont move pendulum yourself and than observe in which direction it moves (for example forvard-beckvard). That will be moves that indicate afirmative answer. And than make a statement that is wrong (that object is blue colored). Than observe in which way the pendulum moves (for example left-right). That will be negative answer.
Now when you know which moves are for yes and which moves are for no you can start training.
-First practice with obvious things like telling truth abouth something and telling a lie so you can get a grip with a pendulum. (WARNING: the questions asked MUST be SIMPLE yes/no questions. otherwise it wil not work; the pendulum will go crazy and you will not know what is it telling.) Than take something more dificult. For example make an arangement with someone over msn. Prepare pendulum and some colored paper, and tell him to prepare some too. For start let there be only few colores (6-7) and let him tell you which colores are on choice. Than go one by one and observe how does pendulum moves and when you see Yes moves ask partner is it that color. When you'l have enough practice you will be able to feel changes in energy flow without pendulum.
Advanced exercise:
Roll a dice but don't look at it once you've rolled it. With your eyes closed, try to imagine the number on the dice you just rolled. Imagine the numbers on a dice. Pick one after another and feel (if you want you can use pendulum too) which is the number that you feel more comfortable with. Once you "see" it in your head, say the number out loud and open your eyes. Were you correct? Take a piece of paper and write down the number you rolled and whether you were correct or not. The more you do this, the better you'll become at recognizing what is truth and what is not; which number is right and which is not.
When advanced enough you should know in instant all the different things about anything, even see the images connected to feelings and sences. Even the complicated question beacose those questions will be asked automatically by several simple questions, or connected to a picture.
You can use it to feel what is somebody thinking about you, which person atacks you, to answer that annoying question 'where are those dams keyes?' etc.
I didn't made this thing up, i found them on the internet and tryed them. They work for me and probably will work for you too.
There were manny articles for this and this is combination of exercises founded in them, so this is not my effort in making them and i wish to thank to all peoples who worked on them even if not mentioned in this text.
