Ask a simple question on the forum and you get a lot of different answers. O, Psi World, how I love thee. XD

overload is a sign that your abilities are out of control. Overload means that your range has extended so far that you get too many emotions for your mind to process and it manifests as a physical symptom. hence its out of control

Animals can sense things humans can't. I believe all animals have empathy and telepathy.

Not all do, but most do. For example I have found that many reptiles don't seem to respond to it. Maybe it is just because they are very different than mammals. (us)

I have a pet toad and I've connected fine with it, I'm also able to connect with birds, but I don't know about reptiles. All of them are way different than mammals, they seem sentient and able to think in concepts but don't use much body language.
I have been able to connect to an ant, but it didn't speak in conceptual thoughts, I just got impressions on what its life is like, like its almost blind, it can "feel" chemical trails, its nervous etc.

ive never been able to connect with my turtles, even when im trying to find them (when i let them crawl around).
but one morning i woke up and then got really really hungry a few minutes later, so while going to the kitchen i passed the turtles and thought they might be hungry like this to so i fed them, then i wasnt hungry anymore. is it possible that the turtles 'made' me get hungry so that i could feed them?

Yes thats a big part of telepathy/empathy you can feel other people's sensations like they are your own. I haven't experienced it with hunger but I have with other physical sensations.

Categorising animals is so messy. Biology i don't see as a proper science, the biochemistry side yes. But biology at it's core is organising things. There was a period of time (and I think it still is) that birds were in-fact classed as reptiles. It's just inaccurate, they should stick with plain old animals if you ask me.
