I'm not saying this is possible or anything but I'm just wondering, do you think someone could walk on water? or at least partially float in water?

It probably is possible but the way I am thinking it would involve a great degree of psychokinetic skill. It would probably involve creating a Telekinetic Bridge or simply levitating the body at water level.
Actually I shouldn't say simply because It would take years to develop enough strength to move ones on weight much less cause it to defy gravity.

Ive heard of a method where you create physical barriers at your feet... I think it is possible.. but like Naturally Radioactive said, it'll most likely take a LOT of psionic strength and and even more skill and balance lol

You could use psi to make you faster, and then run as fast as possible and slap the water with your feet. Theoritically then you could run on water.

Don't know about psi, but with chi you can make your body ligher or increase the surface tension of the water.
