haha lol yeh it does sound DBZish good one! but its real. have you tried willing your psi ball. or before you start visualising whats about to happen?

9 out of 10 sites I've read about use dbz for visualizations.

I never said it wasn't real.

But I don't visualize energy like DBZ instead i visualize it as liquid and for heat I concentrate on heated liquid.

Usually for a PSIball I visualize water flowing into my hands. Thats just easier for me. Maybe its because my mind is more water orientated.

Psi blast usually mean making a god darn psi ball and blasting it to your opponet right? why the hell arent you people discussing it?

A psi-blast is a constant stream of psychic energy that can be held for a longer amount of time than a "shot". That's just a paraphrased definition of ANKA's. That's what a psi-blast is. A psi-blast isn't a ball of psychic energy blasted at your opponenet. You don't blast it the way they show on DBZ. This activity is psychic activity, so it takes place on a psychic level. You blast energy with your mind, soul, psychic self (whatever you want to call it). People do discuss it, but rarely because it is such a basic psychic attack.

Basic psychic attacks have gone out of fashion. People now work more towards complex, active construct-like attacks.

i have successfully psy-blasted
it was not enjoyable afterward, my friend (who i blasted) started having headaches and I was TOTALLY wiped out for a while

ok so, while i was reading about different psi abilities, i (inderectly) figured out how to do psiblasts (even though the sites won't teach you). reading about healing put the lastpiece in the puzzle. i try doing blasting people (like my family) when they get me upset, but i end up getting headaches instead. (the headaches aren't bad enough to stop me from tring)

Uh, honestly a LOT of site will teach you techniques that psi-world isn't oriented towards... If you take the time to find said sites you'll have no problem getting into loads of trouble with things like psychic blasting... failed psi-nukes... bombs... the list goes on... Anyway, if it hurts, you're either A) not doing it properly or B) are insufficiently strong to maintain a steady blast for as long as you are trying to.

I have done what could be called a psiblast...but instead of blasting it was holding a demon(you can call it an astral baddie if need be) in place so i could try to get a good look at it..((when not in place it was movign way to fast...)) well just to say i didnt get a head ache but after i felt a bit drained... So again as people have said...dont try something you dont think you could handle..i myself knew i could hold it in place but not for how long...
