it depends how you envision your energy.
if you know how to alter room temp then it should be easy.
try seeing it go cold in your hands.

I do, I visualize the energy, Well feel it come to my hands and freezing, But still being able to receive energy. and Say "its cold" and picture ice, Alaska, And snow mountains.

are you visualizing the energy going into you're psi ball being cold?, is you're element ice? all of this could help, but also most people just make a psi ball without an element, and then it just ends up being hot or cold. oh, and one more thing that could decide the temperature of you're psiball... Emotions, if you're really stressed out and mad, you're psi ball will probably be hot.

I've tried making it cold, but i've failed. I'm alot better with making it hot. I don't know why, but I love the cold, but can only make hot psi balls. The irony, isn't it?

I can only make hot; I think my element is fire...

I can easily make cold psi balls since my element is ice. I can also make warm psi balls though. I think cold psi balls are more usefull since then sceptics can't just say it was your hands warming the air.

Yes, but your hands can't be responsible for making a person sweat, or raising the temperature several degrees.

Although people can be stupid that way and just say your body warmth did it anyway. With cold psi balls if you make a psi ball that's 0 or less degrees in a room temperature room people will have a hard time saying it's your body heat.

Yes, good point. But people who say that must be completely mental, or a very firm non-beleiver in psi.

If that's true with the people around you your lucky. Anyone around me would just say their going mental if they felt the hot psi ball. They would have to believe it if the cold/hot psiball burned them or froze their hands and the frost was visible. XD Although that would be hard to make a psi ball with that much heat.

People are like sheep. Big, poofy sheep with gadgets =)
Heck even the black sheep are sheep. (this is not a statement based on racial traits, its a metaphor for someone odd or different from the crowd)
Translation: Even people who consciously try to be different are being sheep by following all the OTHER people trying to be different.
You really can't win XD
Anyway, much like sheep, people refuse to believe in anything scary, blindly following group instincts and following the majority/a common leader. They prosecute, control, or squash anything they don't understand.
I've accidentally numbed people through physical contact when I react instinctively to a threat, my friend punched me in the arm about a few weeks back and couldn't feel parts of his hand afterward, or feel a part of his arm from my responding jab =)
And yes, this has happened before, not because he may have hit a nerve in his hand or some such thing.
I can increase the general hitting force of an impact with energy, I've noticed distinct differences through measurement of impact when I do and don't focus psi, purposely or accidentally.
Anyways, he's a believer in some of the supernatural, but he can be rather skeptical of anything that doesn't involve werewolves *insert eye roll* hypocritical-much.
Point is: Present as much evidence as you want, and no one will believe you unless they want to... Which is rare.

I can make anyone believe. I can charge their celphone battery about a bar in 2 minutes. Batteries don't just go spontaneously recharging. I can also controll the wind.(i.e. make it stop and start.) This convinces even the most firm non-beleivers.
I really don't go out of my way to prove it to people. It's just I have a reputation for being able to do strange things. So people tend to seek me out, and I show it to them.
I visualize the air blowing and rolling into a chunk of ice in the chosen area (I don't use hands) then I "feel" it become colder with out actually touching it. This normally generates very good results.

Visualize a huge iceberg, every single detail, that you are close to it and you can feel the cold wind in your hands. Do that while building the energy, should work fairly easy.
