so what this is is like a psi ball on stroids? do you start off making a normal psi ball then changing its shape and then continueing the energy flow until it can be felt?

No it is just a psiball that is denser than most. Thus offering more ressitance to anyone who touches it. A few times I have made a psiball that felt like a baloon, not quite a ball but close.

Yes. I have a couple of times. It feels like your hands have been filled up with an invisible force but when you clap your hands, it disappears. The more energy I put in it, the more I can feel it.

A force bubble is any consturct, usually a sphere, that offers ressitance, or pk. So yes.

I picture the energy spinning around in my stomach (I use the sun for energy usually)..and eventually when it starts spinning faster enough I picture it shooting up through my chest and down into my arms / hands...I just wish I could get it to flare...I can put a fairly large amount of pressure on my psi-ball without crushing it...could this possibly cause massive headaches the next morning?

Solidifying psi won't create any physical effects unless you have a physical effect in mind. It will only increase the density, making it easier for someone to notice that mass of psi.

Yes, that is true, there have been a few times where I have put the thought of a solid ball in my mind and then thought my fingers or palms were touching, but it was just my psi  |
