hmmm sheilds are the hardst thing for me but the main problems are...i cant form enrgy easily from anywhere but my hands...and once i think i have made one, i can hardly tell because i cant feel the energy very whel. i did try to get it out of my hands to make the sheild but i cant get it all the way around.

I think I can make a large psiball, at least enough for a small shield, but I don't know what to do with it. Put it around my head and let go?

haha well i need help wit sheilding anny tips the 1 shield is the boundy shield but i dont no if i can feel it please help if i dont learn i feel like im goin to through up soon please any freakin tips\
