umm..have you ever seen a person who is 90? They are hardly "young" and really...I think some of them wish they weren't that old and just dead.

And imagine how would it be to be immortall- see everyone you know die, get old and with constant running form the world (IF the experiments are a lie, be shure they would examine you, and it would not be good- everibody wants to be imortall). So, there are a techniques- but you need to work on them only and do it all the time; and there is still no guaranty it will work.

ok can we PLEASE get back to reality before I am forced to lock this thread? You can't stop someone from dying or growing old. This is not a site about "what ifs" this is a site about real skills.

Yes, of corse! My grandgrandmather was 90.... grandmather was 91....I have the question :When You are realy young and youthfull, under 25-30 and have psi-abilities: haven't You something about this?? Dream, meditation, etc. Well, Jeanne Calment was really strong woman, she was strong as 117 and was too calm and weak as 120.... The question is clear... activity, creativity and force... till 120-130... What about this?

Correct. Everything grows old in the sense of gathers more knowledge and experience. Although I know a way where you could stop your body from wearing out/showing signs of aging. Your body's cells each day die off and multiply. If you used psionic healing in a way where you repair aging cells so therefore your cells do not die off eventually. I do believe that everything evolves though. If you lived for eternety in our terms then you would evolve unless you were able to reverse that process too. This, however would take over one humans normal lifespan so therefore you would first have to use psionics to increase your own lifespan. If you increased your lifespan to over 200 years then you would have to hide from the authorities since they would view you dangerous. You would then have to learn psionic combat, defence, teleportation, etc.
I don't belive in the immortal where you can never die. I do believe you can heal your body to prevent it from wearing out therefore allowing your body to not die by a natural death as we humans see it. I do believe that even if you achived this you would evedently be killed by some other force greater then your own.
Oh and again about the nothing is truly immortal, everything grows old. Everything does grow old but not all things grow old in the physical sense we know of.

I wouldn't mind being old, if my body wasn't old, so I could basically do everything I can now. But can you really heal yourself so your body will become younger? (Not age wise, just you would get back your strength and you could run and everything.)

i dont see why youd want to live on this plane for so long (its just so boring and full of limits)
anyway, if you want to live long, youd have to do healing on your self every day. repair cells and stuff. then youd have to reprogramme you genes so that your cells are constantly replaced, this would also prevent you from getting all wrinkley and weak. in theory it is possible, but i dont know about the practicality. it would be less work to just die.

My grandma's a hundred, and she just looks like a normal 70 year old. Her movements are pretty slow and her eyesight isn't so good but she's pretty happy with life. There is a form of energy that appears in the members of my extended family who age slowest. I've never seen it in someone who isn't related to me except for someone who who I gave a whole lot to on purpose.

My great grandfather hit about 102 before he died. 50 years earlier, he had been told be doctors he would die in one or two years because of lung damage from pesticides used on a farm. He also survived an explosion which killed one of his brothers.
