hmm yesterday grounding myself outside i used sun energy to bring in after geting all the negativity out as i did it some of my chakras where really tingiling like it had its own adrenaline then i got really dizzy so i just thought youguys would like to know this when using a strong energy source thats what i think what happened it was a strong source and i wasnt used to it.so if you think about healing with another source than yourself now you know what happens,at least to me.

NOTE:i was directly under the sun so it could be different when out of the sunset.

Passing out, migraines, death, vomiting, stabbing pains, coma...the list goes on.

hmm i dont think so i dont see whats so hard about reading it, i might have had 2 or 3 typos but puncuation isnt a need on the internet at least for me.

Punctuation is quite important. He had like 3 sentences there. I hate it when people don't put periods. I don't care about commas or capitalized sentences, just effing periods, and proper spelling! lol

Mhm. It is very difficult to tell what your saying if the sentence goes on into 400 different subjects. Also, puncuation applies to everyone...So perhaps you can consider using it.

How can you die from overload of energy?

I dunno exacly, correct me if I am wrong, but basically your body just cant handle that much energy. Kinda like if you pump too much electricity into a circuit board, the thing fries, much like your body from too much psi, as far as I know. You can also die from lack of energy I believe.

yeah, overload is bad. read that the first stage is lightheadedness, then dizzyness then the rest of stuff yall were talking about.

but if you tried to overload yourself, youd fain before you get to the dieing part.
