i had a vision or really vivid dream of my friend commiting suicide, should i do somthing about it?

you can see if anything is going on by asking your friend how they have been at home.

but I would try to avoid bringing your dream up.

someone killing themselfs doesnt mean they'll kill themselfs in real life. suicide could be rebirth. ending your old self to start a new self. you know "death to my image!"

However, I'm not sure when a friend suicide means.

but yea try to avoid the dream when talking to them.

i dont know i dont think so but her friends keep on asking her stuff like are you ok and hows it going... i ended up asking her how she was doin and she said she was fine.

if you are good at empathy, cant you just see how your friend feels and see the cause of him/her wanting to kill him/herself? (i have personally never tried empathy and i can only do a psi ball, but maybe you can, i dont know)

Actually if your friend seems depressed or suicidal and you don't want to confront her about it (yeah I know it sounds bad) but you can always send good feelings to her. Chances are it was just a dream. In one of my dreams there was a hot naked chick dancing for me in a dream. God I wish that was a vision >.>

You could always probe her mind to find out if she has thought about suicide recently. But that could be considered an attack, even if it is for a good purpose.

Depends, if you really think he's depressed, or something is going on, then yes you should step in and ask her and talk to her.

all i can say is yes yes yes i've helped all my friends with problems for years and this is actully why i got into psi because i used empathy so much i wanted to know how to control it. I've dealt mainly with cutters and suicides and i actully had a dream very vivid of my friend about to kill herself and i woke up before she actully did got on the phone and called her and she was doing exactly what i saw in my dream. This happened 3 times and once i was just day dreaming in school. i think that when you build psionic links with people you use empathy with that if you do it enough that the link will always be there to a point and that that is how i had those dreams because they were going through a high emotional state when this happened.

sorry i kinda forgot about this poll, being away for so long and all but it ended up as being a symbol for somthing that was going to die, not a person or animal or anything but more like her passion dieing for somthing if you get what i mean. i figuered it out a while back (like a month ago) but i havent been on so yah. but it ended up being nothing serious.thats kinda my problem i get these dreams which are extremely vivid but they mean somthing abstract that i have to think about for a while to fully understand, sometimes i only get pictures like i once got a pyramid and a bird (the bird was flying up to the top of the pyramid) it symbolised the egyptian mythological creature the phoenix. but ill explain more later i have to sleep now =(

anyways, i think you should talk to her, mabey something really is wrong, and all she needed was a peptalk

i would talk too them. one of my friends that barely knew me told me that they had tried to kill themselves (i was first to find out) and now they love life and even though they get tempted to try again they remember what i said and stop themselves, thus saving a life
