I am not preaching but read Revelations in the Bible. All the stuff about the war and weather conditions that is happening now is written there. I don't know about this Nostradomus guy but what I have heard he has not said anything that wasn't already written in Revelations. Once again I am not talking about religion just read the book.

I read it and most of what is on that site is not historically or biblically accurate, but we better stop talking about this because it is getting religious and we are not supposed to talk about religion. Thanks for your opinion though. It was very interesting.

Can you believe in a living god?

They promise us a better life in the sky, say you cant see whatever deity untill you die...lol.

Many people will not accept this truth because within these religious organizations, the pastors whom are learned, do not accept this truth, so they suppress the truth by not teaching it to the people. So it is these people whom call themselves men of God (pastors) whom take the bible and use it as a tool of oppression and causing the masses to imagine vain things, believing in a god they know not, and a spirit in which they cannot identify with.

I know God is real and I know God. I do not know everything about him because he is indescribable for our limited minds. If you ever tryly beleive then you have a personal relationship with him.

1.) It's hard to have a personal relationship with YHWH, imo. He's a very distant god, doesn't seem to be very casual with his worshippers.
2.) Can we get off the topic of religion in general? We're not technically supposed to talk about it here. (Yeah, sounds hypocritical, but I'm not attacking other religions or spouting dogma, just repeating personal experience--plus I'm shutting up about it after this post. ^_^)

From what I just learned, the number 12 is a very symbolic number and is mentioned tons of times all over the Hebrew Texts which they translated into the Bible and the Koran, etc. One of it's meanings is "A Crisis Point before a New beginning". There is one other symbolic meaning to it as well, but it may sound too religious for this Community.

According to Mayan prophesy, the year 2012 (note the #12 in the year 2012) is supposed to be the end of the current World's system as we know it. They didnt say that the World was going to blow up or anything, just that the World ORDER was going to change drastically. The life as we know it (stock market, religion, educational system, medical System, etc, etc., ) is supposed to crumble and then some new Beginning is supposed to happen where -people will be introduced to a drastic new way of living . The way they made it sound in the documentary I saw this in , was that a whole lot of misery and pain was going to happen first, then Joy.--- sort of like having to go through a crappy hard miserable cold Winter, then Spring starts popping up.


I think I remember one of the moderators mentioning not to talk about the Mayan Calendar reference to 2012, because it was mentioned too many times, and ended up being a distraction . I just wanted to bring it up a tiny bit because of the #12 symbolism, and that number is in the year 2012. This will be the last time I make any more reference to 2012 and the Mayan calendar prophecy after this.

It will be interesting what events start taking place in the next few years up to 2012.

It's a good time to prepare for ourselves financially- pay off debts, get into health, etc.,
