Yeh, it's good to have them all open, not overactive or underactive. And you could have edited your post instead of double posting. :-P

2 over active didn't see that coming. I talk to much it tells me. I know that but I can also listen.
It tells me how to open the chakra's (their methods are a bit kooky to me) but what about closing them?
