How can I summon my spiritual guardian?

You know what there are many ways to meet your spiritual guide. But the way i meet is so simple. One day when i was 10, meditating as regular, and reach to the deepest state of meditation and then my SELF pop up in front of me like , i m looking a body-mirror.

The first word he told me that i remembered is that "I m here to help you".

He is a lot different from me because his face is so calm like seeing the Buddha face.

From that time, he continued to come to me everytime i meditate and my meditation is 24/7 , 3 hrs a day from that time and now.

I hope he can teach me alot about my acadamic but he always say that "That's not your destiny".

So, i listen all the philosophy he taught me to reach to "nirvana".
But that's alot . He can't even finished his philosophy now. And When i ask "When will the philosophy thing finished?" he told me "Until you die".

Nah... i think i m out of my point.
My point is simple. Meditate alot but must be in the right way.
I meditate from 5 so now 17. You better think about it.

I never heard of animal guide like you said. Can they talk to you??

I m not offensing but what my SELF always told me is that "If you are going to rebirth again, don't become animals"
When i ask him "why?" He said "Because animals don't have "MIND"" (Note: i don't know how to express the way he talked to me because i m bad at english).

But i m going to ask my SELF "Is there spiritual guide like animal guide"

I dunno, but I have a feeling that my spirit guide might be a leopard/ cheeta/ thigmadoody, but I have never actually communicated to him/ her. But whenever I think about my spirit guide, I can sense him/ her

Ok you can see them either in your mind or unless they want to present themselves to you. You can speak with them in your mind or some do automatic writing to talk to them.I have heard to hear your guides better you would have to tune your throat chakra.Also I have read if you do the staring at yourself in the mirror thing in dim light and ask your guide to appear your face will morph into your guides'.
