Yes it has to be in general. But I would say a board is better.

I agree, because scanning (by the definition of PsiWorld) is a mixture of other talents so it shouldn't by on here anyway.
Then on the other hand I support the idea of having a sub forum, because it makes the forums look nice.

Yes, a debate board would give this forum a spark in the right direction( not that this forum isnt already there, this forum is great!) But a cebate board would be super, so fun! It would have alot more threads than 7!
