Anger can be useful when it is a cold anger, analytical and precise. Most of my life, I've felt only negative emotions, so I've learned well how to harness them. Any damage I could do to myself has already been done. I've adapted in such a way that I work best when feeling so. But all my anger and depression stems from my misanthropic thoughts, and my desire for a way to change the world, even if it means my own species must die to accomplish it. Thoughts like that can destroy you, but it's not something easily changed.
