I use the "relax and do it" method. That is, I relax and suddenly I can see what I decide to see.

Im sorry, but I have to disagree. That isnt Remote Viewing, it is clairvoyance or even distant psychometry. Remote Viewing is a protocol, not a method. What does that means? It is a set of guidelines to avoid errors and possible bias. How to Remote View? There are official protocols and unofficial protocols (aka approved by the scientific community and not approved). RV experience is personal. While some people can see images, others get it conceptually. You get what I mean.

well what I do is put pressure on my eyes then i think where it will end up and i get extemly close!

so RV is just like a sensory skill or something do you use it to find things or what......and like to traind it you like try to figure out things that you cant see then check or something and do you do it withe your eyes closed like meditating/concentrating on the object
