Have a lot of questions....

ok well i really wanna try this its just...im kinda scared. ive got a lot of questions answered by looking around but unfortunatly i still have some. like if you "die" in the astral "world" or plane i think its called, what happens? also you can go "anywhere"? including these so called temples? if so, how do you find these? like you just think of the "main hall" jedi talked about?
also if you think of something scary like a demon, will one come? b/c im one of those people that thinks of scary stuff all the time b/c im so paranoid -.- also when people say "demon" do they mean the religious kind that im scared of or some kind of monster thing that attacks you if you fear them/do something bad? also do you see ghosts/spirits everywhere?(when i say ghosts i mean the "good" kind) b/c im afraid of them for some reason...

when you AP, are your eyes closed, you breathe, etc. b/c i dont want my family called 911 b/c i look like im dead
also if someone calls you in real life, will you "wake up"?

If you "die" you just return to your body. Yes you can go anywhere, with enough focus. I don't know much about the temples. I think of a demon as a negative entity. Some look like "demons" some will attack you physically/mentally. Note that the demon will only return you to your body, in my experiances anyways. I see ghosts 24/7 wether or not i'm aping. So that doesn't bother me much. But yes you can see them while aping.

You will NOT look like you're dead. You will look like you are sleeping or taking a nap. You are still breathing you have a pulse and anyone can wake you up. You could wake up if there is a loud sound or someone touches you. This all depends how deep state of mind you are in. I hope that answers all your questions.

Also....If I wanted, say my friend to see me when I APed and he wasn't a psionic, could I do that? Would I be able to communicate with him and do things like train, hang out, etc.?
Also (sorry about so many questions) would I be able to go through solid objects like walls if I wanted to without being hurt?

it's rare to get attacked by a demon and also demons are simply spirits who aren't nice.

If I AP, where will I go to find a trainer to help me train? Like if I wanted to train sheilding, would I have to go to a specific temple/place? Or would there be a teacher that can teach me whatever I wanted? Also if I had to fight something or wanted to spar against someone I knew, would I be able to use any abilities or only ones I know? And would I be able to use weapons that are fictional such as a keyblade by just making them appear?(from Kingdom Hearts I'm a huge fan )

With enough focus, you can cause things to "materialize" in the astral plane. I have noticed that all psionics are amplified while aping, so it is possible you could use a skill that you don't normally have.

I've heard a lot of different things about Spirit Guides.

Everyone has one, that's a fact. Now when they reveal themselves to you....I'm unsure about. I wasn't aware of mine for a couple of years and last year I discovered two of them.

No it's not a dream. It is where your astral body rises out of your "real" body and enters the astral plane.

It's far from a dream. But sometimes in your dreams you are APing. But dreams can be rather symbolic too, of what's happening in your life, where you are coming from, where you are now, and where you are going.

This could be a bad analogy, but it's like tarot cards. They tell you somewhat your past, what your current state is and a bit of the future. That's dreams for you basicly. You can go to sites to help you with the symbols, but in the end, it's the personal meaning of the symbols to you.

Okay, this is pure speculation and my opinion on this answer, but here goes.

I'm going to say strongly on this no. I mean it's possible, but I highly doubt it. Mos tpeople don't even notice spirits or auras and those are every day things. The odds of your friend seeing you? Slim to none. You might be able to make your presence known, but you sure would have to be a really strong soul to do such a thing. Fling an object, etc. It may be easier on the astral to do psionics, but think of how hard it is do as a physical being. Then speculate the nonphysical interacting with the physical, rather hard, ni? So I'm going to say no, mayhaps...but no. This is my stance on it.

If you got your friend to AP, then sure! But if he doesn't have his 'third eye' open or he isn't sensitive or even aware of the astral/ghosts/energy etc. I doubt he'll notice a presence. Maybe he'll get the goose bumps....but that's as much as I think would happen.
