When your doing an OBE/AP and you get to the vibration stage, Do you try to leave your body at the vibration point? or do you keep waiting and make me tired

Leave during the vibrations, not before nor after, during the vibration. Use all your force to try to roll over to the other side, if you're on you stomach try rool over to your back. It's easier then visulizing that you float up.

No, you should not visualize. The thing you shall do is simply with all your force try to roll over. Just like you do when you are awake. And because you are in the sleep paralysis you wont move physically.

But it's hard. It's not as simple as it sounds for me. When that happens to me, when i get to the, "OMFG WHAT IS HAPPENING TO ME" part, it just goes downhill, i try going out, but it's like it just goes away.

Well, I guess i'm not doing it right then. Cause I can move as soon as I want in the crazy vibrations that seem to want to through you threw a wall. EDIT--------------------------------------------------------------------------- Well I do get that "I want to move, but I just cant seem too." feeling, although If I really really want to, I can just move and get up. is this right?

When that happens to me, when i get to the, "OMFG WHAT IS HAPPENING TO ME" part, it just goes downhill, i try going out, but it's like it just goes away. How many times has you experienced the vibrations? The main reason why you aren't able to leave is just because you react like the way you wrote you did. You need to stay calm when it begins to vibrate. Personally, I blow it six time, six time the vibration came. But I reacted in the same way as you did.(They came in a period of three weeks) And as you might know, it took me > five weeks < before they came again. That's a lot of mental preparation for me part. So when it finally came I didn't want to blow that chance as well. So under those five weeks I kept telling myself "Okey, the next time they come I will stay calm and focus on leaving NOT on the vibration" Then after five weeks they finally came, I yelled in my head by excitement: "WOHOO!! FINALLY! But I quickly calmed down because I had my orders from myself, and I was going to obey them. And with all my force I tried to roll over to my back, and then I was out! ;D ______________________________________________________ Well, I guess I'm not doing it right then. Cause I can move as soon as I want in the crazy vibrations that seem to want to through you threw a wall. EDIT--------------------------------------------------------------------------- Well I do get that "I want to move, but I just cant seem too." feeling, although If I really really want to, I can just move and get up. is this right? Yes, that's right. But you have to go in for it, you can't just think "Well, I can try" Put up a goal, like "I WILL leave, I will leave my body and I WILL walk through the wall." You really have to want to leave, convince your Sub-C that you want to leave, your Sub-C is like a computer, you need to tell it what to do. Just like I did, I spent five week telling my Sub-C that I was going it leave. That way to much, but I was able to leave. Try, just before you go the bed, to tell yourself 10 times what you want to do. But say it mentally, say it in your head and mean what you say "I WILL leave, I will leave my body and I WILL walk through the wall." ______________________________________________________ I hoped I was able to give you an idea on what to do the next time the vibrations come. Edit: Made a Spell Check.

You can't see it from the outside, but it REALLY vibrates. The best thing I can compare it to, is if you push an electrical tooth-brush against your nose and then take that feeling x20 times.
When you've experienced it, all your doubts about OBE will be long gone.
edit: "Spell Check"

Actually i have seen someone else vibrate, their hands, legs, and head were vibrating. And it was my freind, so its not like it was a scam or anything. It was kind of weird.
