First One!

Alright, so when I'm up in the late night/early morning, I like to meditate, simply because I find it a very calming time, there usually isn't a lot of noise around the house or anything. Well, just about 10 minutes ago, I felt particularly...strong, able, I guess is the word, and I tried to make a psi ball. And I do believe it worked! it was nothing big, but very cold, and I could most definitely feel my ball. it wasn't actually visible, but when I thought about it, I thought about a light blue-white. my hands were normal temperature when I began, and they were definitely cooler when I finished (as well as a little clammy). So I'm pretty excited and felt like sharing with everyone! what were everyone else's first ones like?

my first psi ball....wow ...sry any way my first one was warm i invisiond a dark red coler packed it for about 3-5 min (lost track of time) it was not visible but felt fairly strong at the time any one else care to shear?

i dot get warmth or cold. i get massive tingling, and the bones in my fingers creak(but only when i try to make a psi ball. ive never seen mine

Very well done. You'll probably see yours a lot faster than most people. I find psi to be warm, but warm or cool both work.

thats cool i have no idea wot my first one was but i think its was when i tryed i felt warm energy inbetween my hands and tiny whites sparks came from my hands but... i dont know about psi begin cold everytime i feel cool inbetween my hands its just me sucking energy out of the air i do that too much

Well, I was in college at the time. to make a long story short I was trying to sleep and my roommates friends were morons, that was making me angry. I had been practicing for a while, the wrong way mind you, I never tried to feel psi and went right to trying to make psi balls. I was laying on my right with my left hand kinda in front of me. All of a sudden I could feel my left hand being pushed open like someone put a small ball in it and then began blowing it up, at the time it was done it was bigger than a softball. Nothing visible mind you, but pretty big. It was made in anger, and quickly went away.

Well, last night I actually made one! Not out of anger or any other emotion, but cause I wanted to! It kicked butt! I didnt feel heat, cold, or even tingling, just a big pressure. I tried to puch against it with both hands, and I could, but it felt like something soft that gives a little bit when you push onit, but it also puched back against my hands like I could only push so far. I had been meditating for about 30 mins at the time, using music. Ill post what all happened last night in my log.

well im getting psi ball right but it is still really hard i can only make it in one hand cause energy doesn't flow in the other

Just had my frist one, it felt cold and I couldn't see anything. I couldn't keep it there for long. I tried to make another one after that and it didn't work.

I'll keep trying

All you can do is keep trying! I didnt have as much success as last night, you can read about it when I update my log tonigt ^_^

My first psi-ball was extremely tingly.

my fourth was made out of anger - it flashed, and I felt like a surge of electicity went through my arm and down to my navel. it kind of hurt - but at the same time it felt just wierd. went away almost as fast as it came.

yeah i can get it in one hand too, but i don't know how to throw XD. Ahh...my first psi ball didn't take me very long, but i feel a pressure in the center of my hands when making one.
