Energry drinks won't help...but they are helpful if you need to stay up. I practice my stuff at like 10 PM-1 AM area. I'm completely burned out at the end of the day, but I still have energy to do my thing. Meditation is sometimes helpful to feel wide awake and full of energy again, just a thought.

Yes, i agree with SomeRandomKid. I'm finding out that if you get mentally and phsyically worn out you won't be able to move the psi wheel.

energy drinks seem to work for me =\ maybe i'm just imagining it, but when I rann out of energy and couldn't move my psiwheel a millimeter and then drank some weird cheap blue energy drink stuff, I could spin it again ^^

Sugar has many different effects, maybe I could test that out sometime. Try and move the PSI wheel with and without sugar, just like monitoring myself for a day. I might just try that on Saturday [you] SomeRandomKid[/you]

mmm... might be a good idea... sugar gives me energy for everything, so why wouldn't it work for psi?

I know I feel a need for meditating after drinkin' lots of coffee. Weird. Sometimes caffeine calms down the din in my head.

Somehow coffee makes me relax... Though caffeine should have the exact opposite effect Oo Chocolate also seems to work really well... Maybe I should experiment with things a little, see what the effect is for my psi

Alright I said I would try this and now I will. I have in front of me a Monster |Energy + Juice| KHAOS. I will first attempt it without the energy drink, then after some meditation, I'll drink it and automatically go to the PSI wheel. My hypothesis is: Using the energy drink will cause me to have worst results then without because, with the energy drink it will be harder to concentrate.
I'll update this once I'm done. Let the test...BEGIN!!!
[you]SomeRandomKid[/you]
Edit: Okay, that took a lot longer than expected. Got back tracked by chores and stuff that I wanted to do. Then after that was done, got 20 mins in of good meditation. Went the psi wheel and...Nothing. Lil angry that it didn't work, blew it off and watched tv. After a half hour of watching tv, decided to give it another shot. Went to and again nothing, I then examined to see if i screwed something up when i set my wheel up, and I did. The pin that I had in it was upside down (thick end on top, skinny end on bottom.) So I flipped it around and started over. Let it sit for like 2 mins, then started back up. After a min or so of concentrating on feeling the wheel and imaging it moving, I got it to move. To make sure it wasn't my breath or something stupid, I moved it left and right. Did both of those but after a full turn around to the right, it stopped and I felt kinda dizzy. So thats end of the first test, now for the energy drink.
Edit: Alright, I accidently dozed off after my attempt with the energy drink. I went through 20 mins of meditation and I got ready to do the PSI wheel. Yet again, concentrated on feeling the wheel and imaging it moving. I got it to move, but only very slighty. And I'm not sure if the energy drink made it harder to concentrate or not, it feelt exactly the same as without the drink. Gonna do this one more time tonight, I'll modify this post again once I'm done

okay, haven't done the chocolate thing yet, but I've tried it with music...
without any music: got it moving in a few seconds, though as usual, no control over the direction. Nightwish-The Kinslayer: no results, only got it to wobble... Nightwish-Crownless: it harldy spun, but i could somehow control the direction... DragonForce-Revolution Deathsquad: it moved more than ever, but I had no control...
Conclusion: If they make a combo of Crownless and Revolution Deathsquad, I won't have to practice controlling it any more ^^
