If one were to make a list, someone would do something incredibly stupid with it-- Like enacting every thing listed there. Besides, there's no way to put a warning label on psi, think of it like riding your bike. A hundred thousand things could happen any moment that could injure you, but you just need to learn how before you get hurt. Making a list truthfully wouldn't help all that much.

You know I made a psi-ball last night to calm down my allergies before the work week and put the psi-ball like around my nose area. I did it pysically and mentally. And not so long ago I did some push-ups and my head started to hurt during it. It still hurts a little. But it could be the push-ups because during the day I never notice my head hurt. What do you think??
