i found a new way of doing any kinesis more easy!!!! have you ever watched that show "avatar:the last airbender"?in there every element is connected with a martial art.The waterbending is copied from tai dzi chuan style Yiang .this martial art includes slow movements mostly with the hands.so i found that if you move your hands slowly (even far from the object)it's more easy to control the energy.that's because tai dzi lets the chi flow freely in our body(this way you don't have to concentrate on the energy because it's moving thanks to our body-some sort of an active meditation).you can do the same with psi. Before i found that way i couldn't move the wheel. Now even if i am far from the wheel i can spin it(not so good at my first try but i could). And i am sure that i am NOT making it with wind or anything else. hope i helped someone with this.try it.there is nothing to loose! (you need just to watch the object and move your hands very slowly-this is the shorter version of the explanation ;D) . (This information is Not taken by the tv show-it's a real martial art which i've trained 1 year.I'm just giving an example.this does not mean that you won't be able to do it)! good luck!

And you need to breathe ,because from personal experience i know that when you concentrate on something you forget to breathe, and if you don't breathe the energy won't flow normally.(just be careful with your breath because you will move the object-but i guess you already know that )

It does sound quite fluffy, however, it does make some sort of sense i guess, you cant write it off totally without it being tried out by somebody else. But then again, you would have to know that martial art to use this supposed technique so it really doesnt matter if it does work, alot of people wont want to want to learn tai dzi just to use telekinesis , well most people wont want to anyway.

well,i'm glad that someone shared negative opinion.Well,i think i did overreact a little bit.i'm not moving mi whole hand, just the fingers. And the whole hand thing is for bigger objects, like a chair or a vase. P.S.and it isn't so hard to learn tai dzi,it's all slow movements after all! (and that was just an idea)

Hello again,
I will personally test this out, it does seem interesting to try. What type of hand (or finger) movements will i have to do exactly?
Thanks!

Hey Guys,
This seems interesting to me too. Are there anymore specific instruction or is it just slow finger movements?

Seems a bit like fluff, but I guess different people have different things that help them with whatever kinesis they're doing. I mean, I find that squinting a bit when I do TK on a wheel helps, but I'm betting other people here have never thought to try that? tl;dr Whatever floats your boat

Its the mindset, what you think and believe will help you do a certain kinesis will help you do that certain kinesis.
