As some of you know I have been keeping a log. Having had success over the foil psi wheel, I'm trying to move the paper one, but having little success over the exercise. I've tried doing this over the last couple of days but it doesn't seem to budge. Help!!
Any tips or ideas would be a great.

a few days may not be the correct dosage. try practicing more often, everyday. dont try hard, just focus on one point. try coloring the top or one of the corners.

Paper ones I started with, let me tell you what I used to do, first of all focus on a corner, then I started wit my hand, I find it more easy for me to use psi with my hands... And once I succeeded with my hand, I just stared at it, focusing at the corner. Also you have to be more careful with environment because paper psi wheels move more with air and other factors. So keep that in mind.

Well, you probably know this since you've already got the foil one spinning, but "loose you're mind". Stare at the paper, open up you're subconscious. Move it as if it was you're arm. Don't try too hard. Try giving darn about whether it spins or not. Works for me.
