okay, ive never been able to make a good link between me and anything for psionic means, but i got cut on my entertainment center and got the cwazy idea of putting my blood on my psiwheel hoping that it would be a strong mental link. guess what. that psiwheel spun like never before!!! now im not saying go cut urself to get that blood out because i would never endorse such a thing, but if your blood runs try this and please post your results!

...strangely enough, this makes perfect sense.
Although, I got some strange images in my head now of some frustrated psion slashing open his hand and laughing maniacally while letting the blood fall on the psiwheel in an effort to make it move... 0_o
Anyway, there could be a number of reasons for this. Your blood is part of you, regardless of whether it's in your body or not, it's still part of you, so it has some of your psi in it. So, when you went to move the wheel after it was bled upon, the psi and blood which had soaked into the wheel make it so that you are no longer just mentally connected to the wheel, but physically as well.
Another reason COULD be, and this is just my hyper-analytical mind speaking, that after you cut yourself, your brain made a subconscious decision that putting your blood on the wheel would connect you to it more deeply, thus making movement easier. Because your brain fully believed this subconsciously, when you went to do it then tried to move the wheel, it worked!
These are just my rantings, and I apologize for my horribble writing this evening. I'ts late, I'm tired, I should be in bed, but I'm not.
And I'd contribute to you experiment here, but I don't get cut that often. My skin's like leather. Maybe if I happen to get cut while shaving... my chances are probably higher than most people's, being that I use a straight razor... 0_o

It's an interesting fenomenon. Blood is psycologically a very strong essence of the self, hence the improvement in the TK on the object that was bled upon. I wonder, however, what made you come up with the idea, being such a briliant one...

or it could be the red blood cells. in that case if you put a small amount of saliva(as it contains white blood cells) on the psi wheel, the effect should be the same.

Lol, now i have the strong urge to go cut myself, and bleed on my pen.
On a more serious note, i think that you may have started something. Only if there was a way to do something physically to create a better link, which doesnt involve cutting yourself.

Well this is a simple examples of what started all the blood rituals, blood magic, blood.. which actually worked, despite the 'inhumane' means. Apart from the metaphysical qualities I'm sure lots of us may have known movies where blood was used, and this actually helped produce actual results, via your subconcious believing its real.

seraph: Be careful what you suggest. I tried this and I eventually ended up at the hospital. (Didn't know how much blood i needed.) But seriously, I think it's all mental. But hey, if it works that's great.

This is a great theory and a great way to connect yourself mentally to the psi wheel. I'm going to try it tonight after college

Calm down, im sure hes not going to cut himself so much that he'll seriously hurt himself. Im sure hes not that stupid.
I would also like to add that i tried the saliva idea and it did wonders. Thanksies!
