Ok, for a long time (several years), every now and then I'd get a weird,strong pulse of energy that would flow through my entire body, sometimes causing large shivers. However, since I started working with psi, these pulses have become stronger and more common. I know they aren't caused by some muscle problem, because they don't always have a physical effect. Also, they feel like when I feel psi (as described in one of the articles). So I was wondering if any of you have any information about these things, or if there's something I can/ should do about them.

I agree. It sounds like you are drawing energy without thinking about it. Are you relaxed when this happens?

I accidentally draw energy all the time when I am relaxed. I find that this is a good time to practice since you are already in a good state of mind for it. Good luck  |

Something I noticed after I started paying attenton was that this happens more often when I'm near other people, could it be that I'm picking up their excess energy, or something like that?

It is possible. You could be unconsciously drawing energy from them. Just be careful to not draw too much energy from them. It could harm them. Everyone needs energy. |

Ah, that's true. My friend was drawing energy from me without knowing it, so I walked up to him and told him to try to stop taking energy from me. And he did.

its could in theory be a matter of drawing energy but the reason is what I call a chakra surge. when a chakra has to much energy and activity it will release it to cool down and to be spread threw out your systems so that it can be given to the rest of the system. when this happens focus on channeling it to spots where you needed to the most and it will become productive. I have also had this happen to me sense I was a kid so I do know what your talking about here ^_^.
