I haven't posted in a while, however I wanted to know if using the bio form of psychokinesis with empathy is a good way to begin practicing healing and if so how should I start practicing? If not what are some simple ways to learn to heal anything? If anyone wonders why I bring this up it is because I hate to feel others pain, think it's better to just make them better.

Empathy can be used to target the problem, which helps you fix it in the long run. You can also project feelings of calmness to them, sort of like an empathetic pain-killer. Biokinesis (or its more accepted term DMILS) will work good with the "pain-killers."
