are these dreams precognition?

ok these dreams have been had over a period of time my first one was when i was in grade 6 i had dream i was on the roof of my grand-fathers barn and that it was burning...only i was seeing things from a third person perspective i could see my body but not threw my eyes if that makes sence. two days later my grand-father called our house to say that his barn burnt down last night as a result of electrical sparks.

the second dream was last year and this one particularily scares me in this dream i have seen my self thought the eyes of another(third person again) and i saw myself and my 3 psion freinds hanging from the ceiling of our school with chains wraped about our necks

i do not know if this was precognition or if it was some form of an OOBE but either way the second dream has me disturbed quite a bit so id like someone to shed light on this please
